709大抓捕兩周年,世界各地人權組織均籌辦首屆中國人權律師節,香港的中國維權律師關注組今天亦發起7分09秒的默站行動,抗議中共政府打壓維權律師。中國維權律師關注組主席何俊仁表示,雖然709事件中維權律師遭受酷刑對待,但無法抹殺人民追求人權、自由的精神。他又指即使劉曉波或將重病逝世,但其精神亦不會消失,將伴隨追求自由民主人士繼續抗爭,強調市民不會向強權低頭。

念茲在茲 專業人士回流香港

雨傘運動結束後,不同界別的專業人士紛紛成立組織爭取民主,除了會計界及衛生服務界,法律界人士在2015年初成立了專業團體「法政匯思」,大律師梁允信是成員之一。35歲的他曾在加拿大、英國和美國生活,輾轉多年始終想回到自己的家──香港。

人大釋法「未審結先判案」,北京部署「借誓而噬」

11月7日,香港經歷了九七回歸以來第五次「人大釋法」。全國人大常委會以155票全票通過,解釋香港《基本法》第104條條文內容。然而,相關的司法覆核案件未「未審結」,人大釋法已「先判案」,而它的矛頭直指主權與政治效忠。 人大正式釋法前一夜,11月6日晚上,部分示威者參加香港民間人權陣線發起的反釋法遊行後,突然轉到中聯辦示威。跟警察一輪衝突後,示威者紛紛走到德輔道西,佔據全部行車線,與警方對峙。

【立會選戰】大學生召集「響應」選管會舉報制建泛民齊違基本法

港獨派被選管會剝奪參選立法會資格,一班有心人翻查各派別獲准入閘的候選人資料,發現其言行和政綱均與基本法條文不符。他們遂在facebook成立專頁集合網絡力量「響應」選管會集體舉報,要求覆核其他參選人是否真切擁護《基本法》。專頁管理員之一、首投族Herman揚言不擔心所有候選人「攬炒」,「反正冇足夠選擇畀香港人,選到出嚟都冇用」。

【星島日報報道】今屆立法會選舉,罕有地有六名參選人因是否擁護《基本法》的問題,被取消參選資格。資深大律師湯家驊認為,選舉主任有權引用參選人的公開發言作為決定理據,符合法律要求;但同意不同選舉主任對類似的個案有不同判斷,選舉主任有否權力作調查仍會引起法律爭議。但法政匯思大律師梁允信則認為,選舉主任越權。

陳浩天被取消參選立會資格 法政匯思質疑選舉主任權力範圍

香港民族黨召集人陳浩天今(7月30日)收到選管會電郵,指他被正式取消參選立法會的資格。香港民族黨其後在Facebook公開該電郵,當中選管會回覆陳浩天提名無效的理由陳述,主要指陳浩天雖然已簽署聲明會擁護《基本法》但言行不一、無簽署「確認書」、無回答選舉主任就「港獨」取態的提問。陳浩天指,將會提出選舉呈請或司法覆核。
