今天DSE放榜,一眾考生如何打算?成績好的同學相信會考進大學,甚至修讀一些「神科」,例如醫科、法律等。為何那些神科那麼吸引考生報讀?連某香港小姐的前度男友也曾經質疑學生為什麼一定要考醫科或者法律?因為名譽、地位抑或是收入?你可能想叫筆者不要把學生想得那麼負面,做醫生或律師是因為想幫助別人,或想幫人伸張正義。

最卑微的易地而處

在香港的這場角力,在五年前,甚或再早的五年前,其實異見的一方,一直都處在下風。因為當權的一方,把上述的把戲掌握得恰到好處。6.9晚上十一時許的一份「態度照舊」的聲明、之後多次言之無物的記者招待會、七一晚守了立會一整天,夜幕降臨忽然消失無蹤,讓立法會中門大開的警察,太多的不能言喻、無法解釋。

大狀:強闖立會可囚2年 刑毁設施囚10年

一批示威者前晚衝擊立法會大樓,佔領立法會3小時,其間破壞不少設施。有大律師分析,示威者破壞立法會設施已涉及刑事毁壞,最高可判囚10年;示威者闖入立法會大樓及會議廳,亦干犯《公安條例》下「強行進入」或《立法會(權力及特權)條例》,最高分別可判囚2年及3個月。
